Integrated Environmental Solutions Ltd develops and provides environmental software and consultancy services to the construction industry. Founded in 1994, it has developed software that analyses many aspects of building performance such as heat, light, energy consumption and airflow all of which are crucial to help design buildings that are more energy efficient to help reduce CO2 emissions to mitigate climate change.
In July 2006, we offered the company RSA of £110,000, under Aid for Job Creation, to develop and provide environmental software to facilitate the expansion into new markets. It is anticipated that 12 new jobs will be created at its headquarters in Glasgow and capital expenditure will amount to £24,000. Since receiving the funding the Glasgow office has doubled in size to 41 staff and the company has another 20 employees in other offices throughout the world.
