Endura Ltd is a designer and manufacturer of performance cycle clothing for mountain biking or road cycling. The company, which is based in Livingston, distributes to over 300 independent bicycle retailers throughout the UK, Republic of Ireland and the USA.
We offered £30,000 in August 2005 towards a £145,000 investment in additional production equipment and software to market a new clothing range utilising ultrasonic cutting and welding. Although originally expected to create 2 and safeguard 7 posts, the investment resulted in the creation of 13 posts, the safeguarding 7 others and an expansion of the company's distribution network to Russia, Slovakia, Sweden and Finland.
