AviIT Ltd
AviIT Ltd has accepted an offer of grant of £240,000 to assist with the commericalisation of bespoke software applications for use in the aviation industry. The company has developed a range of specialist products for customers in that sector which provide innovative solutions for areas as diverse as in-flight entertainment, air to ground telemetry, controlled access to technical manuals for engineers and a mobile passenger check-in system.
The project is expected to result in the creation of 19.5 new jobs at the company's premises in Dalgety Bay.
