Scottish Business Grants

What Will I Need?

You will need to complete an application form and submit financial projections in support of your application although you do not need to complete a separate business plan.

  • For grants up to £250k, these projections should comprise two years profit & loss account and cashflows. You can either provide these in your own format or complete the financial section in the application form. You should also provide your latest audited accounts where appropriate.
  • For grants over £250k, reflecting the higher amount of grant which you are seeking, you will need to complete more detailed financial annexes to the application form. Advice on how to complete these annexes is given in the application form itself. You should also provide the last two sets of audited accounts where appropriate.

Our aim is to keep the cost and complexity of applications to a minimum and you should not need the services of an external consultant in order to put your application together. But you are, of course, free to use one if you wish.
