Located in Glasgow, Thomas Taylor (Bowls) Ltd has been manufacturing bowling green bowls and bowling equipment for over 200 years. The company manufactures a variety of bowls and is also buys and sells clothes, bags and general bowling accessories. The launch and development of its coloured bowls in the last decade has seen an increase in the company's export market.
In May 2005 we offered Thomas Taylor (Bowls) Ltd RSA to allow it to expand its production capacity to meet the anticipated demand from the export market. The project has been successfully completed, 5 new jobs created and the company has received RSA of £42,000.
