SMART: SCOTLAND moves to Scottish Enterprise

On 1^st October 2009 the responsibility for managing and administering of the SMART: SCOTLAND programme devolved to Scottish Enterprise from the Scottish Government.

Scottish Enterprise welcomes this addition to its Innovation and Commercialisation portfolio and would like to take this opportunity to assure all of our existing clients that :

· our experienced staff are fully committed to continuing to provide a high quality of service;

· no changes are being made to the existing Feasibility Studies or Research & Development Projects;

· nor will it affect applications which are currently being reviewed by the SMART: SCOTLAND team.

Documentation has been updated to reflect the change and can be accessed in our How Do I Apply folder.
